Hannah van Zanten is assistant professor at the institute for circular agrofood sytems at the Wageningen University. Her research focuses on optimising the use of biomass by way of developing and introducing circular agrofood systems. AVINA supports Hannah van Zanten in developing a globally applicable model that, based on a given diet, calculates the optimal use of an areas agriculture in the considerations of a circular agrofood system.
